Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning.
- Write comprehensive documentation for APIs, architecture, and system configurations.
- Ensure application security standards are met and compliance requirements are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java with deep knowledge of object-oriented design.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
