Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and load times.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and security of deployed features.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful API design.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
