Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementations
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to security and performance standards
- Debug complex systems using distributed tracing tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
