Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Lead agile development sprints and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Optimize system performance with database tuning and caching strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- Drive security best practices and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python)
- Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-grade SaaS platforms
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in fintech or healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
