Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance while maintaining 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform
- Lead security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production experience with Java/Python and Spring Boot
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Proven ability to lead technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
