Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor server health and network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and system integrity.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine security audits, patch management, and system backups outside of peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers of critical technical issues.
- Document all technical interventions and maintain accurate knowledge base records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Must be available and willing to work a Night Shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
