Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the codebase remains clean and maintainable.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime across all services.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a direct hire capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
