Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and microservices frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) using Jira/Confluence
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven ability to lead technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, or Scrum)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and implementation
