Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot in AWS cloud environment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and financial industry security standards
- Lead architectural decisions for new fintech product integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise Java development with Spring Boot
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput RESTful APIs
- Strong background in financial systems or fintech domain
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
