Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while implementing new features efficiently.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform rigorous unit and integration testing.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong command of at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
