Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and reliability (99.9% uptime SLA)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go/Python
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
