Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy microservices on AWS/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints with product and design teams
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks

Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Python/Go/Java
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
- Proficiency with cloud-native observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Strong experience with event-driven architectures
- Proven track record in CI/CD automation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
