Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve site architecture.
- Execute high-volume technical sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates for engineering roles.
- Optimize job listings and company careers pages to maximize organic visibility and applicant conversion rates.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data using SEO principles to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align SEO strategies with talent acquisition goals.
- Manage keyword strategies for job board postings to ensure maximum reach and relevance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical SEO and Technical Recruitment.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, search algorithms, and recruitment metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
