Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to improve website performance, crawlability, and search engine rankings.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for technical roles using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions and landing pages for target keywords.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic metrics, conversion rates, and recruitment KPIs using Google Analytics and ATS dashboards.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market needs.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends in recruitment and SEO to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Chicago, IL.
