Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support).
- ATS Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline organization.
- Analytics: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Candidate Relations: Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Indianapolis, Indiana (or be available for hybrid meetings).
