Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our company website.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Management) using modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling blog posts, whitepapers, and job descriptions that rank well on search engines.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs; generate weekly reports to demonstrate ROI on recruitment and marketing efforts.
- Employer Branding: Maintain and update our careers page and social media channels to attract passive candidates and enhance our employer brand in the Seattle market.
- Admin Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate background checks, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Technical Recruiting (or a hybrid background in both).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high-converting job descriptions and web copy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
- Location: Must reside in the Seattle, WA area.
