Responsibilities

  • SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our company website.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Management) using modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling blog posts, whitepapers, and job descriptions that rank well on search engines.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs; generate weekly reports to demonstrate ROI on recruitment and marketing efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Maintain and update our careers page and social media channels to attract passive candidates and enhance our employer brand in the Seattle market.
  • Admin Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate background checks, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Technical Recruiting (or a hybrid background in both).
