Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and increase organic search visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top-tier talent for engineering and marketing roles.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and content for high-conversion performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track KPIs and report on campaign success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using modern recruiting platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
