The Role:
We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and creative content strategy. You will own our SEO roadmap, ensuring we remain at the forefront of search trends and algorithm updates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic improvements to enhance site performance and crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page optimization strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content calendars and optimize existing assets.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively to maintain rankings.
- Present data-driven insights and performance reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a high-traffic, B2B or B2C environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical SEO tasks.
- Strong experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
