Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps that align with long-term business goals and future search trends.
- Technical Audits: Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and opportunities for Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-authority, user-centric content that drives organic traffic and engagement.
- Link Building: Lead aggressive link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO and link building.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz Pro.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
