Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve rankings for high-value keywords.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to optimize articles, landing pages, and blog posts for relevance, readability, and search intent.
- Link Building: Lead initiatives to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior SEO analysts and collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side scripting (Python/PHP preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Tools: Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling.
- Certifications: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is a plus.
