The Role:
As the Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical audits, identify crawl errors, and implement schema markup to enhance site structure and performance.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich strategies that drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for market dominance.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain compliance and ranking stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO and content strategy.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
