Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize on-page elements and improve user experience.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Generate detailed monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI for stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
