Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute high-level link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover new organic opportunities and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement schema markup, structured data, and core web vitals optimizations.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders regarding traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and third-party SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to diagnose on-page technical issues.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
