Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop fault-tolerant architectures targeting 100+ logical qubits by 2026
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Drive quantum algorithm development for cryptography and materials science
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes environments
