Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise-level clients in Las Vegas' booming tourism and gaming industries
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Collaborate with product development teams to customize solutions for high-value clients
- Mentor junior sales professionals through our structured training program
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software or SaaS sales (min. $100k deals)
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas' business landscape preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven approach to sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional regional travel
