Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on quantum-AI convergence and human-machine symbiosis
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI specialists, and neuro-engineers to prototype breakthrough applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government agencies
- Develop predictive models for societal adoption of emerging technologies by 2026
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals and investor storytelling
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature and IEEE journals on post-quantum paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Future Studies with 10+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market horizons
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or human augmentation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Cell) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience securing >$20M in government SBIR/STTR grants or venture capital
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, or neuromorphic SDKs
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies deployed at billion-user scale
