Job Description
We are at the forefront of redefining the technological landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. At FutureScale Solutions, we are building the infrastructure that will power the next era of human-computer interaction. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our research and development efforts in merging quantum computing with advanced artificial intelligence.
If you are passionate about solving the unsolvable and have a deep understanding of the theoretical frameworks that will define our future, we want to meet you. This is a rare opportunity to shape the core technology stack for a company that is preparing for the quantum leap in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum neural networks capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate quantum modules into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for quantum software development, ensuring scalability and security standards are met.
- Present architectural proposals and technical proofs-of-concept to executive leadership to secure stakeholder buy-in for 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor emerging quantum hardware advancements (e.g., Qubits, Error Correction) and adapt system architectures accordingly.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Proven experience working with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and how they can be enhanced or replaced by quantum approaches.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical engineering solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
