Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for real-time predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum neural networks and generative AI models
- Drive research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor-AI integration
- Develop roadmaps for 2026 quantum computing commercialization strategies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum-AI best practices and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of deploying production quantum-AI systems
- Publishing record in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible quantum development
