Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms and machine learning models tailored for near-term quantum hardware.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural networks and data pipelines for hybrid classical-quantum environments, ensuring maximum computational efficiency.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, collaborating with cross-functional teams in R&D and Product.
- Pilot Programs: Lead pilot projects to test quantum advantage in real-world scenarios, including logistics, cryptography, and predictive analytics.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for quantum coding, review high-level code, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of quantum computing breakthroughs and integrate cutting-edge research into our production architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 2 years focused on quantum algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum simulation frameworks.
- Cloud Architecture: Experience deploying scalable AI models on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with quantum access.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, multi-variable engineering problems.
