Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select emerging technologies, ensuring the project utilizes the most efficient tools for cloud migration and AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security architecture to ensure all systems meet rigorous compliance standards and data protection regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of modern software development practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
