Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, robust, and secure product architectures that align with our 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy, evaluating emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Cloud) to drive product innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Product Lifecycle: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and agile development plans.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance to ensure seamless user experiences under heavy load.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a senior product architect or similar leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in system design, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Future Tech Focus: Experience with AI/ML integration, WebGL, or spatial computing interfaces is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
