What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation software solutions tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Drive technical strategy and mentor senior engineers to ensure best practices in scalability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into robust, executable technical blueprints.
- Optimize system performance and reliability across distributed cloud environments.
- Research emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) and prototype viable applications.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, review architecture proposals, and conduct deep-dive code audits.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and data streaming.
- Experience with high-performance computing or AI/ML integration is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
