Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the Version 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive the migration to cloud-native technologies and serverless architectures to support the 2026 roadmap.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding next-gen AI integration and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and modern backend frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software releases on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
