We are aggressively expanding our 24/7 Infrastructure Operations team and are urgently seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer to manage our critical network systems during the night shift. Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and security alerts 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime and stability.
- Execute and troubleshoot complex network configurations, patch management, and hardware upgrades during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to resolve escalated incidents and implement proactive maintenance plans.
- Conduct nightly audits of system logs, firewall rules, and access controls to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage and maintain documentation for all network infrastructure changes and incident reports.
- Respond to critical alerts and escalations immediately, utilizing established incident management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering, system administration, or DevOps.
- Certification preferred: CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certification.
- Proven experience working in 24/7 operations centers or night shift environments.
- Strong proficiency with Cisco IOS/Junos, BGP, OSPF, and firewall technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
