Apex Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our elite infrastructure team in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure 24/7 to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols and firewalls.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patch management, and system backups.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team during handover procedures to ensure continuity.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Administration or Systems Engineering.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working in a Night Shift or 24/7 operational environment.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and OSI models.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
