Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of immersive web and mobile experiences, focusing on spatial computing and AI-driven interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI researchers to translate technical capabilities into user-centric design solutions.
- Establish and evolve a comprehensive design system that supports both 2D UI and 3D spatial assets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing in emerging technology domains to validate design hypotheses.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, articulating the strategic value of new interaction paradigms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Web3, VR/AR, and Generative AI to ensure Horizon Systems remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a specific portfolio demonstrating 3D or spatial design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya).
- Strong understanding of AI integration in design workflows and experience with prompt engineering interfaces.
- Experience with WebXR, WebGL, or Three.js is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
