- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation lab initiatives with $5M+ annual budget
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies trends and market dynamics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with budget planning and P&L management
