Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing environments
- Expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
