Responsibilities
- Oversee all production activities during 11 PM - 7 AM shift
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor night shift team members
- Monitor production metrics and adjust workflows
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment checks
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day management
- Resolve operational issues efficiently
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with ERP/MES systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Available to work weekends and overtime as needed
