Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and MLOps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
