As a key member of our IT team, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely manner.
- System Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Asset Management: Track and inventory IT assets, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support Desk: Provide remote and in-person technical support, escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Updates: Install patches, updates, and software upgrades across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
