Responsibilities
- Monitor & Maintain: Oversee server health, network performance, and critical system alerts during the night shift.
- Tech Support: Provide advanced Tier 2+ technical support to internal users via ticketing systems and remote access.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security protocols and conduct routine security audits to protect company data.
- System Updates: Execute software patching, backups, and hardware maintenance during low-traffic periods.
- Incident Response: Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Network Administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without direct supervision.
