Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot mobile devices, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure all systems are secure and compliant.
- Maintain detailed records of IT incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available for an immediate start and willing to work occasional overtime.
