Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to all stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration between development teams, designers, and business units to drive product success.
- Implement and monitor project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Identify process improvements and mentor junior project managers to elevate team performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related technical field.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technical deployments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
