Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Architect and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Conduct deep-dive scenario planning and risk assessments for high-impact future developments
- Partner with R&D and product teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Develop thought leadership frameworks including trend reports, innovation playbooks, and future-state models
- Facilitate executive workshops on future strategy and disruptive opportunity identification
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-oriented methodologies across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or future planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or Innovation Management strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions through data-driven future scenarios
