Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026+
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year vision
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive teams and stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work and digital transformation
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from WFS or AFS) required
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across multiple industries
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
