Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen LLMs: Design and deploy proprietary Large Language Models optimized for enterprise-scale reasoning and generation.
- Build Robust RAG Pipelines: Engineer advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure hallucination-free, contextually accurate AI outputs.
- Multimodal Integration: Lead the integration of vision, audio, and text processing to create cohesive, human-like AI agents.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Implement rigorous safety guardrails and ethical alignment frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the MLOps lifecycle, ensuring models are scalable, resilient, and efficient on cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern machine learning libraries.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and fine-tuning methodologies (LoRA, PEFT).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and distributed computing.
