Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Design fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific generative AI applications.
- Implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI research and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) for model deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
