Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust generative AI models and agent workflows.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Reduce latency and cost for high-throughput LLM serving environments.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Lead the integration of Retrieval-Augmented Generation to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Execute complex fine-tuning and alignment strategies on proprietary and open-source datasets.
- Research & Prototyping: Experiment with cutting-edge research papers to translate academic breakthroughs into production-ready code.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA), and RAG implementation.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex system design challenges in high-stakes environments.
