Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost for production-scale environments.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, validation, and deployment.
- Evaluate model performance, bias, and safety metrics rigorously to ensure ethical AI.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI features seamlessly into consumer applications.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to push the boundaries of generative capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong understanding of LLM deployment strategies and quantization techniques.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
